We started Diligently on October 1st, 2024, as part of Rocksoft. Even though we've only been around for a short time, we've done a lot! We've worked with 16 companies from different countries - Poland, the US, UK, Norway, and the Netherlands. We also work with 3 marketing agencies in Norway.
Launching a new brand with a different business model was no small task. At Diligently, we focus on providing value through clear, fixed-price deliverables rather than charging by the hour, as we often did at Rocksoft. It’s a shift that pushed us to think even more about what clients really need - and how we can make their businesses shine.
One of our biggest lessons? Showcasing the unique value our clients provide. Whether through visual identity, SEO, or website design, we’ve realized that connecting their value to their customers is at the heart of everything we do.
SEO also became a key focus this year. With tools like Ahrefs (which we started using this March) we’ve dived deep into keyword analysis, site audits, and content optimization. Even as we were learning, we started seeing results - not just for us, but for our clients. It’s a reminder of why we’re in this business: to create marketing that works as hard as we do.
How we work
One of the things we’re most proud of is how the team (just four of us for now) works together. We hold regular retrospectives to refine our processes and make our work better. Everyone contributes ideas and solutions, and it shows in the results we deliver.
Looking ahead to 2025
Next year, we’re setting our sights on growth. Here’s what’s on the horizon:
Mastering PPC
We want to help our clients use paid advertising to grow their revenue, and we’re ready to explore new PPC channels—like those that might soon integrate with tools like ChatGPT.
Expanding the team
With more clients and more ambitious projects, we’re hoping to grow the Diligently family.
