How Our Full-Service Marketing Plans Actually Work

8 September 2026

A practical look at how our Full-Service Marketing plans work month to month: the hours pool, ad budgets, account ownership, and the 12-month milestone.

Key takeaways

  • Every plan comes with a monthly hours pool covering ads, SEO, social and design — unused hours roll over up to 2x the pool, then expire.
  • Ad spend is never included in the plan price — you pay Google or Meta directly, we only bill for the hours spent managing it.
  • After 12 months, full ownership of your site and identity transfers to you, and you can drop to hosting-only with 1 month's notice.

“How does this actually work month to month?” is the question we get most often after someone picks a Full-Service Marketing plan. The pricing page tells you what's included — a Strategy Workshop, a visual identity, a website, a monthly hours pool — but not the mechanics of living with it for a year. Here's the practical version.

The hours pool is the engine

Every plan — Starter, Growth, Premium or Enterprise — comes with a monthly pool of hours: 2 for Starter, 5 for Growth, 10 for Premium, and a number we agree with you for Enterprise. That pool covers whatever marketing work you actually need that month: managing an ad campaign, an SEO push, social media content, a batch of graphics, or the project management to coordinate all of it. It does not cover our own account-management time — that's on us.

Ad budget is never part of that pool. If we're running Google or Meta ads for you, the media spend goes straight from your card to the ad platform — we bill only for the hours we spend managing it.

What happens to hours you don't use

A quiet month doesn't mean lost hours. Unused hours roll over to the next month, up to a cap of twice your plan's monthly pool — so a Growth client can bank up to 10 hours before anything expires. Go over the pool in a busy month, and we'll ask for your written sign-off (an email or a note in ClickUp counts) before billing the extra time at €50/hour.

The one thing that eats into your pool without you asking for it: if we're waiting on materials, content, access or a decision from you and don't hear back within 5 business days, we treat the reserved hours as used and push the deadline out by however long we waited. It keeps the math honest on both sides.

Who owns what, while we build it

Ad accounts, analytics and anything else we need access to get opened in your name, with us as an admin — not the other way around. If you'd rather we just handle account creation ourselves, we can, and we'll hand over access cleanly if you ever leave.

Your logo, identity and website are yours to use from day one under a licence — but full copyright only transfers at the 12-month mark, once everything's paid up. That's not us holding your brand hostage; it's the same logic as financing anything else with a longer payback period than a month of activity.

The 12-month mark

Full-Service plans run on a 12-month term. Inside that window, you can leave early, but you'll settle the remaining months — the same principle behind most agency retainers and equipment leases. Past 12 months, it's a rolling month-to-month agreement with 1 month's notice either way, and if you decide marketing isn't for you anymore but the site still needs to exist, you can drop straight to one of our hosting plans instead.

Reporting, without the mystery

Hours are tracked live in ClickUp, so you can see where the time went whenever you want. Separately, between the 5th and 10th of each month, you get a results report for the month before — traffic, leads, rankings, whatever we agreed to track for your business specifically.

All of this — the hours pool, account ownership, payments, the 12-month term and what happens after — is written up formally in our Terms & Conditions. This article is the plain-language version; that page is the one that actually governs the agreement.
