Kwalitet, a laundry and cleaning service covering five towns in the Beskid region, moved off Webflow onto an Astro + CMS rebuild with dedicated collections for services and locations.
Key takeaways
- The trigger wasn't a CMS limit — it was an outdated, unattractive design with some broken elements and an unintuitive contact form, plus a client who didn't want to spend time on every small tweak.
- Mobile PageSpeed Performance went from 24 to 89, and Desktop from 71 to 100 — with Total Blocking Time dropping from 810ms to 0ms on mobile.
- Because the rebuild is a real codebase, small ongoing tweaks that used to need a developer's time can now go through Claude Code directly.
Kwalitet runs a laundry and cleaning service out of Wisła, covering Cieszyn, Skoczów, Szczyrk, Ustroń and Wisła itself — hotel bedding, restaurant linens, carpets, upholstery, and post-renovation cleanup, each with its own service page. Their previous site was built on Webflow (last published July 2025, confirmed via archived snapshot).
Why they left Webflow
It wasn't a CMS Collections limit or per-seat pricing this time — it was simpler than that. The design had gotten dated and unattractive, some elements had quietly stopped working, and the contact form was neither intuitive nor good-looking. On top of that, Kwalitet didn't want to keep spending time on every small fix — exactly the kind of tweak an AI assistant can handle directly once the site is a real codebase instead of a page builder. That became possible only after exporting the project out of Webflow and into Claude Code.

A real team photo, a trust badge, service chips and a direct “Zamów pranie” CTA replace the generic illustration.
The rebuild
Kwalitet's site now runs on Diligently's Astro + CMS platform, on the Collections tier — the same tier used whenever a Webflow site's CMS Collections need to migrate, not just its static pages. The rebuild is structured as:
- A dedicated Usługi (Services) collection: 16 individual service pages, from bedding laundry to post-damage cleanup, each editable independently in the CMS.
- Five town-specific landing pages (Cieszyn, Skoczów, Szczyrk, Ustroń, Wisła) so each service area ranks on its own.
- A blog ("Strefa wiedzy") with practical, SEO-driven articles.
- FAQ and contact pages with role-specific contact routing (general, laundry, cleaning/subletting) — replacing the old, unintuitive contact form.

The result
Real Google PageSpeed Insights numbers, same homepage, before and after:
| Webflow (before) | Astro + CMS (after) | |
| Desktop Performance | 71 | 100 |
| Mobile Performance | 24 | 89 |
| Desktop LCP | 1.1s | 0.7s |
| Mobile LCP | 13.3s | 3.2s |
| Mobile Total Blocking Time | 810ms | 0ms |
| Mobile Cumulative Layout Shift | 0.278 | 0 |
The mobile jump is the one that matters most here — a Performance score of 24 means real visitors on their phones were waiting through a laggy, shifting page before anything was usable.
