Your website in Bee CMS

The sites we build and host run on Bee CMS, our own content management system. This guide covers the basics: your panel login, how a page is built and how a change goes live. A full editing manual will follow.

What Bee CMS is

Bee CMS keeps your content: pages, posts, prices, photos, menus and translations. Your website is built from that content as a fast static site. You edit in the panel and do not touch any code.

The content belongs to you. Read more about the platform on the Bee CMS page.

Getting started

  1. Accept the invitation

We create a panel account for you and send an invitation by email. Use your company email address, not a private one.

  2. Log in to the panel

Open bee.diligently.pl/admin and log in. You see only your own website.

  3. Find your pages

Each page is a list of blocks: a hero, a text section, cards, an FAQ and so on.

  4. Edit and save

Change the fields of a block and save. The site is rebuilt and your change goes live a few minutes later.

How a page is built

  • BlocksEvery section of a page is a block with its own named fields. You add, reorder and edit blocks.
  • LanguagesEach block has a tab per language. A missing translation shows the default language.
  • Brand coloursSet once for the whole site. Every block picks them up on its own.
  • Google descriptionsEach page has its own title and description for search results.

What to ask us for

Content you change yourself. A new type of block, a new layout, a form or an integration is a change to the site itself: ask your Project Leader.

You can also make changes by describing them to an AI assistant. See Editing your site with ChatGPT or Editing your site with Claude.

Support

Contact your Key Account Manager or Project Leader if something in the panel is unclear. A short screen-sharing call is often the quickest way to learn it.
