Working together

How we work

How we report progress and raise issues during a project.

Principles

You should not have to ask us for status.

  1. We report first

Progress, changes and problems are reported by us without being asked.

  2. Progress is visible, including unfinished work

We share the current state even when something does not work yet.

  3. Updates are posted on the task

We comment when a task starts and as it progresses, so the history is easy to follow.

  4. Blockers are raised early

Missing access, pending decisions and delays are reported immediately, while they are easiest to resolve.

  5. No silent work

Every stretch of work leaves a trace in the project workspace.

What you see, by contract type

  • Time & MaterialsWhat was worked on and when, so you can see what you are paying for.
  • Fixed PriceSteady progress and a clear view of what is done and what is next.

Who to contact

Your Key Account Manager (KAM) and Project Leader keep you updated without delay. Direct questions to them first.

Raise concerns early as well: changed priorities, moved deadlines or doubts about the direction are easiest to handle when we know about them.
