Account access
Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager
Our details
- Email for user access[email protected]
Case 1
We create the accounts
The usual setup. We create the GA4 property and the Tag Manager container for your website, and you receive administrator access.
Provide a company email address
Use a company address, not a personal one. Any email can be a Google login; a Gmail account is not required. To create a Google account on your address, go to accounts.google.com/signup.
Receive the invitation
We create the accounts and send you an invitation.
Accept the invitation
You get administrator access to both, so you keep full control of your data.
Case 2
You already have the accounts
Then we need to be added to your existing accounts. You need administrator access to do this. If your company has its own access guidelines, follow them and tell us which level you chose. Menu names can differ slightly as Google updates its interface.
Google Analytics 4
Go to Admin → Property access management, click + and add [email protected] with the Administrator role.
Google Tag Manager
Go to Admin → User management, click + and add [email protected] with Administrator account permission.
Let us know
We accept from our side and confirm that everything works.
Why a company email
Access tied to a private Gmail address is lost when that person leaves, and Google does not help recover someone else's private account. A company address keeps access within the organisation. See also: Please don't use your private email for job-related accesses.
