Meta Business Portfolio

Share your Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account and pixel with Diligently as a partner. You remain the owner of every asset.

Add Diligently as a partner

Requires admin access to your Business Portfolio. Menu names can differ slightly as Meta updates its interface.

  1. Check that you have a Business Portfolio

    If not, we help you create one at business.facebook.com. You are the admin and owner. Create the ad account and add the payment method in this portfolio.

  2. Open partner settings

    In Business settings, go to Users → Partners → Add.

  3. Enter our portfolio ID

    Choose Give a partner access to your assets and enter 2315967945413043.

  4. Select assets and access levels

    Use the list in Assets and access levels below. Your Key Account Manager confirms what your project needs.

  5. Save and notify us

    The assets appear in our portfolio, and we assign access to the relevant team members.

Assets and access levels

  • Facebook Page and Instagram accountAccess to content, messages and ads. Full control only if we also run your social media.
  • Ad accountManage campaigns and view results.
  • Dataset (pixel)Full access if we set up tracking and the Conversions API.
  • CatalogOnly if we run product or shop campaigns.

Why this setup

  • Data stays with you. An ad account cannot be moved between business portfolios. Creating it in ours would cost you the campaign history if we stopped working together.
  • Continuity. Access belongs to our company, not to one person. Team changes on our side require nothing from you.
  • Simple handover. At the end of the cooperation you disconnect us as a partner and keep everything.
  • Payments. Ads are paid with the card in your ad account. We do not fund budgets.
  • Tracking. The pixel, Conversions API and domain verification are configured in your portfolio.

We never ask you to transfer ownership of an asset ("Request ownership"). Partner access is sufficient.

FAQ

I do not have a Business Portfolio yet.

No problem. We will help you create one. You stay the admin and owner, and the Page, ad account and payment method all live in your portfolio.

Can I add your people to my portfolio individually?

Please do not. We work only through partner access from our Business Portfolio. It is safer for you, and it lets us manage who on our team can see what.

How do I remove you later?

In your Business settings, go to Users → Partners, select Diligently Agency and remove it. Our access ends immediately.
